Unpopular opinion, might get roasted. All the supplements a man needs is a quality multivitamin and creatine. Personal Experience (Assuming you are into resistance training and have the average American diet ) A multivitamin literally gets you to 100% or more of the daily recommended value for majority of the essential vitamins and minerals and the benefits and research behind creatine are there.
