Safe to mix in l-citrulline & beet root powder with my pre workout powder? I just bought some l-c powder and beet root powder & wondering if it would be okay to mix both in with my pre-workout powder? My pre workout only has 2 grams of l-c in it so I’d only add about 4 more grams along with beet root powder. Anyone else do this?
